Diana: Her True Story pages 237 to 259

Diana's Royal Duties
  • Diana slowly cut back on her royal duties, and staff.
  • Diana eventually was only doing the work she really loved like volunteer and visiting hospices, shelter, hospitals, institutions and third world countries.
  • Diana was eventually allowed to make her own decisions with out the interruptions of the "Royal Family."
  • When Diana visited places like hospitals and shelters she would sometimes bring along her children to show them others lives.
  • Diana finally gave up on trying to impress the media with a fake smile and began to show her true colours.
  • Diana worked Mother Teresa's for the dying in Calcutta.
  • Diana was interviewed by BBC for a program called Panorama to talk about her "true story," the interview had to be conducted privately because if the "Royal Family" knew about it they wouldn't have allowed it to be aired.

Diana and Her Children

  • Diana's first priority was her children.
  • She taught her children to see something special in every human being.
  • She took her sons to the Refuge night shelter for down-and-outs.
  • William would play chess while Harry played cards.
